During my last experience working for an Assets Management Company, I have
gained a deep knowledge dealing directly with Managers, Administrative Agents
and Depositary Banks. This enabled me to extremely enrich my skills regarding
investment funds Ucits and AIFs, depositary banks as well as brokers. In fact,
I have been the first point of contact to resolve the daily fund issues by
dealing with all the service providers and reporting to the BoD.

Likewise I have been
involved in middle & back office operations, processes and transaction
activities, including valuation, investments monitoring and risk management for
UCITS and alternative funds. In fact I have been managing several sub-funds by
designing various monitoring and control tools. I have learnt to demonstrate my
reactivity and my self-control facing various issues to be treated efficiently.

Furthermore I have been
in charge of various topics working in another ManCo such as Due Diligence,
funds set-up, pricing offers for prospects, subscription forms preparation as
well as invoices management. Besides the above responsibilities, working for a
consulting company, I also have practiced my relational and commercial skills
providing advises on funds regulations.
